Colorado Springs' Used Car Dealer Since 1989

McCloskey Motors, Inc. is the company behind our McCloskey Imports & 4x4's store. We are a family-owned and operated used car dealership and service centers that have called Colorado Springs home since 1989. What started as a single-lot dealership on Austin Bluffs and now we are on North Academy Boulevard and have grown into one of Southern Colorado's most recognized used car stores, operating under several names you may know: McCloskey Motors, McCloskey Imports & 4x4's, and McCloskey Truck Town. One ownership team. One standard of service. Over 36 years of putting our name on every car we sell.

That last point matters. Unlike large national chains that rotate inventory and staff with no local accountability, McCloskey Motors has deep roots here. Our founders live in this community. Our customers come back for their next vehicle and send their kids in for their first. The reputation we have built is not a marketing tagline; it is 36 years of showing up, standing behind our vehicles, and doing right by the people of Colorado Springs.

Recognition That Reflects Our Standard

With 11+ national and state awards, McCloskey Motors has earned more independent dealer recognition than any other used car dealership in Colorado Springs. These are not self-nominated participation trophies, they are evaluated by national and state industry organizations, the Better Business Bureau, and community-based voter panels.

Why Colorado Springs Drivers Choose McCloskey Motors

Buying a used vehicle is one of the most significant purchases most families make. The wrong dealership can turn it into a stressful, high-pressure, or deceptive experience. We built McCloskey Motors to be the opposite of that.

• No-pressure sales process. Our team is trained to help, not push. We walk you through options honestly and let you make the decision that is right for your family.
• Financing for all credit situations. We specialize in getting people approved — first-time buyers, buyers with past credit challenges, or anyone turned down elsewhere. Our in-house financing team has arranged thousands of loans across every credit profile.
• 100,000+ vehicle access network. Don't see what you need in our lot? We can source virtually any make, model, or trim through our nationwide dealer network.
• One of the largest selections of used cars & trucks, 4x4s, and imports in Southern Colorado. McCloskey Motors and McCloskey Imports & 4x4's specialize in the vehicles Colorado roads demand: Toyota Tacomas, Jeep Wranglers, Ford F-Series, Chevy Silverados, Subaru all-wheel-drive vehicles, and high-line imports.
• On-site service and repair. We stand behind what we sell. Our service center handles everything from routine maintenance to collision repair, with the same team that prepped your vehicle.
• NO DEALER HANDLING FEE! Transparent pricing. Our advertised price is the price (plus tax of course). No surprises at signing.
• We buy cars — even if you don't buy from us. McCloskey Motors is known across Colorado for offering some of the highest trade-in allowances in the region.
