I received a recall notice for my Suzuki and fortunately since there were no dealerships in New Mexico I called this awesome facility in Colorado Springs! I say fortunately since from the very first contact with Adam at McCloskey I received … More outstanding customer service and was made to feel as if I had been a long time customer! Waiting a few weeks for the part I made the trek to Colorado Springs and the great service continued! Adam as well as the mechanics, Andrew and Cassidy, were awesome to deal with and not only did they repair the recall item but found and repaired some issues with my wheels. They wanted to make sure I got back to NM safely! They did a great job and the non recall work was very reasonably priced! Definitely take your vehicle to these professionals! 100 percent recommended!!!

Roy and Manny were so helpful getting me into my first vehicle! They got me into a car with a great rate when I came in not sure if I would even qualify! I loved my experience at the dealership today.
Brandy was also super knowledgeable … More and helpful on the phone when I called to make sure the cars I wanted were still available. Great team all around.

I would like to add that I was asked to write this review, and wasn't offered a line of credit that was anywhere near what I told them I was willing to sign for, until after this review was posted.
I am still grateful for the vehicle I left with and the efforts that everyone put in to get me to where I was comfortable signing a loan.
They made every effort to get me into the car I wanted and it was an overall great experience.
I would and probably will still get my next vehicle from them.
